A Self-Management Health Care Project

This proposal requires research health care technologies, mobile and/or portable and other new tools, new diagnostics, sensors and devices (including software) for monitoring and personalized services and interventions which promote a healthy lifestyle, prevention and self-care, improved citizen/healthcare professional interaction and personalized programs for disease management.
This proposal aims to develop a self management personalized diagnostic device for patients who have heart disease. This device includes wearable sensors, a mobile application based on artificial intelligence and cloud integration.
