VanPaz combines knowledge in the scientific/technical domain with business and financial expertise, both hands-on. Such combination is very useful for grants acquisition and financing on behalf of third parties, in which VanPaz has subject knowledge to judge the contents of proposals and business plan; this is quite unusual in the standards consultancy firms operating in this market. Also, VanPaz has an extensive network of partners both in Europe (e.g., the Netherlands, Italy, Spain) and in Canada with whom it has collaborated in previous projects. They can be easily brought in for common projects, for instance within the framework of H2020.
Robot for autistic children
For a Spanish company developing a cost effective robot companion for ASD-affected children, we are looking for technology partners, representatives and possibly a trial site . They work with the likes of Arduino and Lego and demonstrated in the USA.

Our interest is to meet companies, especially SMEs including start-ups in data-intensive healthcare applications to explore joint ventures, especially in the fields of (big) data analysis and visualisation, also in consideration of the coming up calls of EUREKA Eurostars and H2020 SME instrument. We can partner up in order to build a complete value chain from the product design to the delivery of the product to the end user.
Expertise in wearables and sensor-based devices is particularly welcome as well as expertise in medical health records.

We are initializing the European operations of a Canadian company that specializes in Electronic medical records, data analysis and visualisation for hospitals, and currently in the last stages of developing a wearable diagnostics device for which it also seeks manufacturing in the EU. We are looking for possible resellers and device manufacturers for this operation
